Egg Production Data Import

Required Fields

Company Code: The Company Code for the record.  This can be found on the Facility Management view.

Division Code: The Division Code for the record.  This can be found on the Facility Management view.

Farm Code: The Farm Code for the record.  This can be found on the Facility Management view.

Group Code: The Flock Code for the record.

House Code: The House Code for the record you want to enter.  This can be found on the Facility Management view.

Egg Unit Code: The unit of measure for this record.

Quantity: The total eggs produced.

Production Date: The date of this production record (MM/DD/YYYY).

Egg Type Code: The egg type code for this record. The Egg Type codes can be found under System Settings.

Optional Fields

Sample Case Weight: The case weight.

Gravity: The gravity of eggs in this transaction.

Comment: Any comments or remarks for this record.

Sub Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 5: If you have Egg Sub Types set up to be able to record other types of eggs such as nest eggs, bloods, dirts, you can enter to those to the corresponding set up sub type number.  These do not get included in the total egg production counts.  See: Egg Sub Types

Make sure to leave the Header and Control Lines (Rows 1 and 2), You can enter your data starting row 3.

Make sure that the tab is named Sheet1 as the import will look for this tab name to pull data.
