Condemnation Certificate Data Import



Required Fields

Certificate No:  The certificate number you wish to utilize.

Inspection Date: The date of Inspection

Processing Plant Code: The processing plant Code set up on the processing plants form.  See: Plants and Mills#Details

Inventory Class Code:  The Inventory class code set up under System Types.  See System Types Tab

Number Head: Enter the Gross Head.

Optional Fields

Lot Number: Enter a lot number

Plant Official: Enter the Plant Officials Name

Inspector: Enter the Inspectors Name

Ante DOA: Enter the Number of Head that was Dead on Arrival prior to inspection

Ante Head Cond: Enter the number of Head Condemned Prior to Inspection

Ante Total Weight: Enter the weight of Head Condemned Prior to Inspection

Post Head Cond: Enter the number of Head Condemned post Inspection

Post Carcasses: Enter the weight of carcasses post Inspection

Post Parts: Enter the weight of parts post Inspection



Each Line might have duplicate header (info Above) information entered but below is where it will differ for each.

C, G, or L:  C= Cause, G = Grade or L = Live Haul

Code:  If you used L, must enter flock number.  If you used G, must enter the grade code.  If used C, enter one of the condemn codes below

Number: If you entered G, enter Grade Count.  If you entered C enter the number Condemned for that Condemn type.

Cause Comment: Enter any Comment

Grade UOM: Use one of the below G for Grade was entered.

Ticket:  Associated Live Haul Ticket if used L for Live Haul



Make sure to leave the Header and Control Lines (Rows 1 and 2), You can enter your data starting row 3.

Make sure that the tab is named Sheet1 as the import will look for this tab name to pull data.
