If you get an import error – “Invalid Spreadsheet”

  • Try changing your excel format to .xls instead of .xlsx or visa versa

  • Make sure that the spreadsheet tab says Sheet1

  • Make sure that the 2nd row in the spreadsheet has the CONTROL line.

    • Make sure to leave the Header and Control Lines (Rows 1 and 2), You can enter your data starting row 3.

  • Make sure your date is formatted correctly. The column description pages currently incorrectly state to set up dates as DD/MM/YYYY but should be MM/DD/YYYY

  • Use a leading apostrophe in the event of a code with leading 0s.
