Sales/Depopulation Data Import

Required Fields

Company Code: The Company Code for the record.  This can be found on the Facility Management view.

Division Code: The Division Code for the record.  This can be found on the Facility Management view.

Farm Code: The Farm Code for the record.  This can be found on the Facility Management view.

Group Code: The Flock Code for the record.

House Code: The House Code for the record you want to enter.  This can be found on the Facility Management view.

Open

Sex: The sex code for this record (Female, Male. Unspecified).

Amount: The total number sold.

Sale Date: The date of the sale record (MM/DD/YYYY).

Primary Breed Code: The breed code for the primary strain.   The Breed codes can be found under Breed Management

Optional Fields 

Female Breed Code: The breed code for female strain.

Male Breed Code: The breed code for male strain.

Gross Weight: The gross weight of this sale transaction.

Tare Weight: A weight amount to remove from the Gross.

Weight Units: The unit of measure description for body weights for this record.

Plant Code: The rendering or processing plant this depopulation will be delivered to.  See Plants and Mills

Comment: Any comments or remarks for this record.

Ticket Number: A ticket number associated with this sale transaction.

Start Time: The start time of a depopulation load.

Finish Time: The time that this sale record was finished loading (HH:MM:SS).

Time Off Feed: The time that this group was no longer receiving feed (HH:MM:SS).

Dead on Farm: The number of head found dead on the farm during a sale.

Make sure to leave the Header and Control Lines (Rows 1 and 2), You can enter your data starting row 3.

Make sure that the tab is named Sheet1 as the import will look for this tab name to pull data.
