Convert CMC AP Data to ERP AP

Use the Classic Migration program to convert the CMC Database of AP data to MS SQL Database.

• The Classic Migration program only moves the data, it does not import it into Aeros ERP.

Pre-Requisites

1. Classic Migration Application

Step-by-Step Guide

1. On the SQL Server, create a new, blank database named CMC_Migrate.
   
   
   

2. Access the Classic Migration program.
    

3. Click Migrate CMC Records to SQL.
   
   
   

4. Specify a value in the ODBC Connection option.
   Note: This should match the name of the ODBC Connection configured during the ODBC setup.
   
   
   

   Open

   

    
   
   
   

5. Specify the Data Source, Initial Catalog and User ID under the SQL Connection option. 
    

6. Click Execute.
   
   
   

7. The system will take its time (sometimes over an hour) to complete the migration.
