Cancel an order that has Catch Weights Allocated

Aeros will not let a user cancel an order, if there is inventory allocated to it. When attempting to cancel an order that has catch weights, you need to use the Catch Weight maintenance screen.

Pre-Requisites

1. Security Access to Order Catch Weight Maintenance

2. Security Access to Customer Order Form 

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access the Order Catch Weights screen in ERP by going to Orders → Utilities → Order Catch Weights
   
    

2. Load your order by finding it in the Order Number search box in the top left of the screen.
   
   

   Open

   

3. Zero out all the catch weight values, and then save your order.
   
   

   Open

   

4. You can now open this order in the Orders → Customers Order screen in ERP and cancel it out.
