Hardware requirement for ERP

This article documents the system guidance and recommendations for the installation of Aeros ERP.

Deployment Methods
The applications can be installed through additional deployment method such as Terminal Services or Citrix Xen App 
model. Customer is responsible for failover setup to a Disaster Recovery site for Application and Database servers.

Application Server environment use the following minimum requirements:
• Microsoft Windows 10
• Intel Dual/Quad Core 2 GHz (or greater)
• 3 GB RAM
• 1000MB NIC
• 200 MB Hard Disk Space
• 1280x1024 or Greater Resolution


Database Server Installation
The following database server recommendations:
• Microsoft Windows Server 2019 (or newer)
• Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Standard (or newer)
• Intel Xeon E5 (or greater)
• 16 GB RAM
• 1000MB NIC
• Two 500GB Hard Drives (Raid 1), Six 500GB Hard Drives (Raid 5)
• Data files on One Drive
• Log files On Another Drive
• 100 GB Solid State Drive
• TEMPDB setup on this drive for Performance

Virtualization/Application Server Installation
The following Citrix / Terminal Services server requirements exist (based on 10-15 concurrent users). For 
application load balancing one server is recommended for every 10-15 concurrent users.
• Microsoft Windows Server 2019 Enterprise Edition 64-bit
• Intel Xeon E7-88xx (or greater)
• 16 GB RAM
• 1 GB per Concurrent User whichever is Greater 
• 1000MB NIC
• Two 500 GB Hard Drives (Raid 1)
Inventory Management from Bolt to Bushel
Aeros ERP helps manage corrections and consumption of inventory through integrated tools for 
performing physicals, adjustments of loss, and usage for product consumed by operations.
• Ability to track unit and pack quantities for a single inventory item
• Auto-allocate inventory using FIFO or manually allocate by lot number
• Automatically code adjustments to the appropriate financials account
• Capture ingredient costs, allow for user-definable markups, and record finished products using Work
Order processing
• Allow for product movement between locations, divisions, or companies using Transfers which can be
tracked using a system-gen
• Manage the security and user access through user-defined tables and control the master files and data
validations
• Manage purchase requests with authorization limits and buyer pric
