Extracting AR Data from CMC

Send ARV39271ERP.dbc to client CMC server and type in at CMC Menu.

Provide proper filter options. TAP Enter at Rollout prompt and select print option.

Files are in /dbc/txt/unpr directory:  tot_CCYYMMDDHHMMSS_CO.txt, dtl_CCYYMMDDHHMMSS_CO.txt, rem_CCYYMMDDHHMMSS_CO.txt, rcp_CCYYMMDDHHMMSS_CO.txt

Files need to be transferred to SQL server in folder designated for ARImportFIles. This folder is defined in ClientSetting Table in Aeros.

You should also run customer aging for the period from CMC software.

Press 33, then 66 and then 01.

Follow prompts on screen shots.

Give it a proper name to match aging report from ERP.
