Condemnation Codes

You can add new condemnation codes by going to System → Condemnations → Condemnation Codes

The fields that get added here will then dynamically create a field in the Transaction Detail data-set under Condemnations and will start with CondemnationCode_XXX.  X represents the code set up in the form.  These fields will then need to be added to the report.

The codes created here will be the codes used in Condemnation Causes in the certificate.

Add a new Certificate

There are a few different ways to create condemnation certificates.

1. You can select a flock and select the certificate button, this will assign the condemnation to the flock but not to a specific Live Haul.

On Accept, it will open the Condemation Certificate where you will be putting in the certificate information.  More info on this form below.

2. Go to System → Condemnations → New Condemnation

This will open the Condemnation Certificate where you will be putting in the certificate information.  More info on this form below.

Certificate Details

Most of this information you will find on your certificate.

Certificate Number:  This code can be anything you want it to be to be able to identify this certificate.  No spaces.

Date Inspected:  Enter the date of inspection

Processing Plant: The plant the condemnation occurred.

Number of Head in Lot:  The number of birds in the lot.

Plant Official:  The plant officials name

Weight Units: Unit of measure

Class Of Poultry: You can set the classes of poultry up under System Types under Inventory Class Type

Lot Number(s): If any

Inspector: Inspector Name

Ante-Mortem

Dead on Arrival

Number of Head Condemned

Total Weight (kg)

Post-Mortem

Number of Head Condemned

Carcasses (kg)

Parts (kg)

Condemnation Causes

If there were condemnations with certain causes, you can record those here.  See the section on Condemnation Codes to add other codes that are not already there.

Condemnation Grades

To populate the grade codes this will need to be done through the database.  The table is CondemnationGradeType.  Please contact support for assistance with this if needed.

All the grades in this table will show up and you just need to enter the Grade UOM and Grade Count after initial setup.

Live Hauls

Assign this condemnation to a Live Haul.  You can do this here OR you can relate it in the transaction form.  More information below.

View existing Condemnations

This form will allow you to search for existing condemnation certificates, view and modify the certificates.

Relate Condemn to Live Haul

Under the Sales/Live Haul tab in the transactions form you can relate a live haul to a condemnation certificate by right clicking the record and selecting to Add a Condemnation Certificate Relationship.  The certificate must first exist.

This will bring up the view Existing Condemnation form, where you can find your condemnation certificate you want to relate to.

Once selected you can see that it is applied to the live haul record under the condemn certificate column
