Print Item Listing

The Item Listing report allows you to create a display of all the items currently created within Aeros ERP.

Pre-Requisites

1. None

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Inventory > Reports Wizards > Item Listing

Open

2. You have the option to choose a saved parameters of the report or Click Next.

Open

3. Select a grouping option of Inventory Type or None.

 Select a Status option of Active, Inactive, or Both.

Note: You also have the ability to whether or not to print the Item Comments by marking the box. This is found directly in the Item Master.

4. Click Next and select only Items in a specific Inventory Type with a status of Active

5. You have the option of choosing the different types of Inventory Types for the Items that is created in Item Master. Click Run.

6. Report is Displayed

Item #: This is the Item # that is assigned to the Item that was created in Item Master

Description: Characteristics describing the Item that was created in Item Master

U of M: Unit of Measure of the item that was created in Item Master

Equiv: Quantity that is specified when the Item was created

Equiv UOM: Unit of measure quantity that was specified when the item was created.

Status: The current state of condition of the Item that was created in the Item Master.
