Use the CMC Extract program to import Vouchers from CMC (Aeros Classic).

Pre-Requisites

  1. Vendors

  2. Bank Accounts

  3. G/L Accounts

  4. CMC Extract Program

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Access the CMC Extract program.
     

  2. Click A/P Conversion.


  3. Specify a Year.


  4. Select a Beginning and Ending Period # from the drop-down listings.


  5. Specify an Entry Date From and Entry Date To range.


  6. Specify a Division.


  7. Click Load Data.


  8. Click Scrub Data.


  9. Click Insert Data.
