Feed Scheduling
Prerequisites
System Tables – Must set up a consumption table and assign to flocks
Feed Mill – create a feed mill and set your default mills for your farm
Feed Formulas – Create and manage formulas in AIM, or import them from your formulation system (Brill, Concept 5, etc.).
Feed Bins – create feed bins and apply those bins to a house (optional)
Feed Profiles – Create feed profiles and apply those to your flocks (More information below)
Feed Scheduling configurations – Create feed scheduling configurations and apply to houses (More information below)
Estimated or Actual Placements applied to flocks. – Determines how many flocks will be placed in houses
Â
Feed Profiles
Create feed profiles to specify what your flocks should be eating at each stage of life. Plan their feed consumption with standard consumption weight or calorie tables. Once a flock reaches a consumption, age or body weight goal the scheduler will move on to the next feed type. User can define minimum and maximum delivery sizes, and allow for withdrawal days from feed of a specific feed type.

Â
Feed Scheduling Configuration
Feed scheduling configurations will allow you to define time off Feed, Max feed supply days, committed expiration times, feed buffers and more.

Â
Feed Scheduling
Our feed consumption calculations will specify, to the minute, when your flocks will need to receive a feed delivery, and what bins should receive the delivery. Optimal delivery times, quantity, feed type and formula are determined for each flock with consideration of house/bin capacity, plant capacity, and current flock performance. Minimize the occurrences of sending out too much feed and virtually eliminate feed outages.
Â
You can run the scheduler for a day, week, month or Life to Date of a flock. Options to only run for specific Divisions, Farms, Houses, Industry Types and additional filters. Â
The generated schedule can be manually modified or additional items can be added to the scheduler. Once you save the schedule can be brought up at any time to make modifications.  Once the schedule is set and ready to go out you can then commit the schedule.

Scheduler Messages
View messages in the scheduler, to see if any errors occurred or any warnings arise that should be reviewed.
Â
Multiple users can edit a batch, but only records not currently being edited by another user. When a user selects a batch to edit, filter can be applied to limit the records editable by the user. This is if you have more than one user working with the scheduler. This ensures that each user cannot make modifications to specific criteria such as delivery zones.
Â
The schedule can also generate load numbers. The process will create sequence numbers for deliveries scheduled in a batch. Users shall use the sequence number when editing a batch to sequence and group deliveries. At any point a user can generate load numbers for the deliveries using the sequence number.

Interface for your feed mills’ computerized batching systems is available so you can send feed requirements electronically to the feed mill. Also has the ability to Import feed deliveries (load outs) from your batching software (WEM, RePete, etc). You can also create feed deliveries by actualizing your schedules generated by the feed scheduler.Â
