Receive from Batcher

Overview

This is the third step in the ERP/Repete CNX integration.

  1. Create Batch

  2. Send to Batcher

  3. Receive from Batcher

  4. Commit to ERP

In this step, the folks from Repete CNX ran their processes for the tickets/receipts.  The tickets/receipts are finally ready for CONNECT to receive.

Security

A few security domains were added for the integration.  The user will need "Send/Receive Batcher" permission to be able to receive.

Workflow

These are the normal workflow necessary before the Receive from Batcher can be done.

  1. Create the PO scheduled deliveries in ERP

  2. Create a PO scheduled delivery batch

  3. Send batch to RepeteCNX

  4. The tickets/receipts were processed and are ready for CONNECT to receive

  5. Bring up the batch

Once the tickets/receipts are ready for CONNECT, bring up the batch and press the Receive button.  If tickets/receipts are not in a state for CONNECT to consume, this process doesn't do anything and has no side effects.  Note, we are looking for receipts that have a status of "RECEIVED_STATUS".



Once CONNECT is able to receive some tickets/receipts, the Receive band is updated with data.  The scheduled deliveries are then ready for the next step, commit to ERP.
