Cancel an Allocated Order

You have an order that has an order line allocated, and you would like to cancel it. Aeros ERP will not let you cancel the order while it is allocated. Here are the steps to de-allocate inventory so that you can cancel the order.

Pre-Requisites

  1. Logistics Maintenance Access

  2. Customer Order Access

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Navigate to Logistics -> Logistics Maintenance
     

  2. Search for your Order number, and then right click for the context menu and select the “Allocate” option.

  3. The manual allocation screen will appear. Hit the de-allocate and then save button to de-allocate the inventory for the order line selected on the left-hand list.

  4. If de-allocating multiple lines, be sure to save each time before moving to a new order line.


  5. After de-allocating all lines, the order should be able to be canceled on the Customer Order form as you normally would.
