View Customer Invoices or Payments

The Customer Invoice/Payment Inquiry screen allows the user to view a list of all Invoices and Payments for a specific Customer.

Pre-Requisites

  1. Customers

  2. Invoices (Optional)

  3. Payments (Optional)

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Access the Receivables module.
     

  2. Click Inquiries.


  3. Click Customer Invoices/Payments.


  4. In the Customer field, enter the Customer # (Short Name) of the Customer you wish to view.
     

  5. If you do not know the Customer #

    1. Click the Search button.

    2. Type a "%" sign Search String text box.

    3. Click Browse.

    4. Use the screen to select/highlight the desired Customer.

    5. Click OK.


  6. Click OK.


  7. The Customer's Invoices/Payments data will appear.
    Click the tabs at the top of the window to switch between Customer Summary, Invoices, Payments, or Comments.
