Price Basis Costs

After setting up Price Basis Codes, costs must be specified within the Price Basis Costs screen. This is then used by the Run Formula Price Calculation routine.

Pre-Requisites

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Access the Master module.


  2. Click Pricing.


  3. Click Price Basis Costs.


  4. Click the Add button in the ribbon bar.


  5. Select a Price Basis option.


  6. Select an Effective Date.


  7. In the Cost column, specify a cost for each Item.
     

  8. Optional: Click the Calculate button in the ribbon bar.
    This button will only be enabled if the Price Basis Code "Type" option is set to "Inventory".


  9. Click the Divisions tab.


  10. Specify a Division that this Price Basis Cost is valid for.


  11. Optional: Add any additional Divisions to the grid by clicking on the bottom blank row.


  12. Click the Save button in the ribbon bar.
