Create AeLIVE Feed Deliveries
Pre-requisites
Creating a New Batch
To create a new Loadout batch, select the 'New Batch' button on the ribbon bar under Create AeLive Feed Deliveries. If you would like to view an existing batch, select 'View Existing'.
On the wizard, enter the date (or date range) for the feed deliveries to be brought in from REPETE and verify the Company and Division are correct.
Click finish.
AeLive Feed Delivery Staging
You should then see records coming in from your feed mill control and automation system (REPETE, WEM) for the division and date range provided. Check the Import Messages tab to make sure there are no issues such as missing formulas.
Committing Batch to Create Feed Deliveries in Aeros LIVE
Select Commit Batch from the ribbon bar to create and produce the Feed Deliveries in Aeros LIVE.
Once completed, if the record committed successfully, the committed checkbox will be checked and the line greyed out.

Check the Commit Results tab for any issues that need to be resolved.
Once resolved, reload the batch, and try to commit the batch again.
Roll Back Feed Deliveries
If you come across problems, you can roll back the Feed Deliveries created in LIVE by selecting either of the roll back buttons on the ribbon bar.

Product Configurations
In Connect go to Settings --> Product Configurations
If the loadout will be mapped to LIVE by the bin you will want to select Batch Run. Loadouts is a specific file that was created if the client doesn’t care about Bins in LIVE otherwise select Batch Run.
Map House Code
In Connect go to Settings --> Generic Mappings
Map Farm Code
In Connect go to Settings --> Generic Mappings
Map Flock
Flock gets mapped either by the Bin or house
Map formula Code
In Connect go to Settings --> Generic Mappings
Map Plant Code
In Connect go to Settings --> Generic Mappings
Map BinID
In Connect go to Settings --> Generic Mappings
The Bin ID is the BinID in the LIVE database mapped to the batcher bin code
or
Map BinCode
In Connect go to Settings --> Generic Mappings
The Bin Code is the BinCode in the LIVE database mapped to the batcher bin code
