Feed Prod to Aeros Work Order

Pre-requisites
Creating a New Batch
To create a new Production batch, select the 'New Batch' button on the ribbon bar under Feed Prod. to Aeros Work Order. If you would like to view an existing batch, select 'View Existing'.
On the wizard, enter the date (or date range) for the created formulas and verify the Company and Division are correct. Dates must be in an open accounting period.
Click finish.
Feed Production Staging
You should then see records coming in from your feed mill control and automation system (REPETE, WEM) for the division and date range provided. Check the Import Messages tab to make sure there are no issues such as missing formulas.
If you expand each row you will see the ingredients that makes up the finished feed.

Committing Batch to Create and Produce Work Order
Select Commit Batch from the ribbon bar to create and produce the work order in Aeros ERP.
Once completed, if the record committed successfully, the committed checkbox will be checked and the line greyed out.

Check the Commit Results tab for any issues that need to be resolved.
Once resolved, reload the batch, and try to commit the batch again.

Rollback
Feed Production committed from CONNECT creates work orders, receivers and inventory in ERP. If there is an issue with the committed production, it can now be rolled back from CONNECT.
The feed production screen is read-only, so this is mainly intended for staged records that are being cancelled, unless administrators can correct the staged records through SQL.
Feed Mill → Feed Prod. to Aeros Work Order → View Existing
There is a new option on the ribbon bar to "Rollback" committed records.
Clicking this will attempt to uncommit any production records already sent to ERP. When production is rolled back, it will reverse the work order, allocation, production, inventory receipt and gl distributions of the finished feed.
Selecting one record will roll back that staged record. Uncommitted records, of course, cannot be rolled back.
Selecting multiple records will roll back all selected.
Notes:
CONNECT feed production does not create auto formulated pre mix feed, so the roll back does not attempt to reverse these types of orders.
If an accounting period is closed, or the produced inventory is used or adjusted in any way it can not be rolled back.
Rolling back these records is quite intensive against the database and may lock other queries- it should be used only in extreme situations and off of peak business hours.
The feed production screen is read-only, so ideally this process should be to cancel production. The exception would be is allocated inventory was incorrect and needed to be updated- the finished feed can be reversed, it's ingredients corrected, and then the records recommitted.
