This article documents how to process outgoing EDI transmissions.

Pre-requisites

  1. New EDI HQ Setup
  2. Create EDI Document Type
  3. Create EDI Partner Code
  4. Setup EDI Partner Code, Customer Cross References Code
  5. Setup EDI Products UPC Code / Cross References Code
  6. Receive EDI Orders From Access DB
  7. Receive EDI Orders From an XML File
  8. Receive EDI Orders From 1EDIHQ
  9. Bulk Order Creation
  10. Inter-Client B2B Setup
  11. EDI Incoming Processing
  12. Create Invoices

Navigate to the Logistics > EDI Transmission.

You can simply click the Retrieve button, the system will display all EDI invoices that are pending, released, transmitted, error and rejected.

Or, you can start selecting any of following items to filter and narrow down the list of your invoices:

 

  1. Select a Company.

  2. Select a Division.

  3. Select a Status - Pending - ready for transmission.





  4. Select a Customer.

  5. Select a Location

  6. Select a Date Type - Order date, Invoice date, Ship date or Delivery date.

  7. Select a Date Range.

  8. Select a Partner Code.

  9. Select a Document Type.

  10. Click on Retrieve.

Once the pending invoices are displayed on the screen, select invoice(s) that you want to process and click on the Process button.

 

           

 

After the system is done processing invoices, it will come back with the status of Released.

 

            

 

12. Once the invoice has been released, 1EDIHQ will pick it up and process it.

13. You can now review the outbound invoices from 1EDIHQ.
