Prerequisites
- System Tables – Must set up a consumption table and assign to flocks
- Feed Mill – create a feed mill and set your default mills for your farm
- Feed Formulas – Create and manage formulas in AIM, or import them from your formulation system (Brill, Concept 5, etc.).
- Feed Bins – create feed bins and apply those bins to a house (optional)
- Feed Profiles – Create feed profiles and apply those to your flocks (More information below)
- Feed Scheduling configurations – Create feed scheduling configurations and apply to houses (More information below)
- Estimated or Actual Placements applied to flocks. – Determines how many flocks will be placed in houses
Feed Profiles
Create feed profiles to specify what your flocks should be eating at each stage of life. Plan their feed consumption with standard consumption weight or calorie tables. Once a flock reaches a consumption, age or body weight goal the scheduler will move on to the next feed type. User can define minimum and maximum delivery sizes, and allow for withdrawal days from feed of a specific feed type.
Feed Scheduling Configuration
Feed scheduling configurations will allow you to define time off Feed, Max feed supply days, committed expiration times, feed buffers and more.
Feed Scheduling
Our feed consumption calculations will specify, to the minute, when your flocks will need to receive a feed delivery, and what bins should receive the delivery. Optimal delivery times, quantity, feed type and formula are determined for each flock with consideration of house/bin capacity, plant capacity, and current flock performance. Minimize the occurrences of sending out too much feed and virtually eliminate feed outages.
