Step-by-Step Guide

Vision Administrators will be able to see the list of Queries, Reports, and Dashboards when logged into Vision.

Right click on an item in Queries, Reports, or Dashboards to see the options available.

Left Click on Permissions

List of users will appear.

Left Click on either Read or Edit depending on the level of access a user should have for Queries, Reports, or Dashboards. Click Close

Placing a checkmark in the Edit box only will automatically allow a user to have Read access.

Placing a checkmark in the Read box will NOT allow a user to have Edit access.

Repeat the steps for each Vision Report that is listed.

Note: If a user is currently logged in, they must log out and log back in to see the changes.
