Main Menu

The Aeros Vision Main Menu is the starting point for creating and running all functions within the application. The main screen consists of the following elements:

1 - Queries
This section lists all of the Queries that have been created and allows you to run or edit the Query.

2 - Reports
This section lists all of the Reports that have been created and allows you to run or edit the Report.

3 - Dashboards
This section lists all of the Dashboards that have been created and allows you to run or edit the Dashboard.
Note: Dashboards is an optional module within Aeros Vision and may not be available due to your organizations license.

4 - Tools / Settings
This drop-down listing provides you access to the Financials functions and miscellaneous system settings.

Queries / Reports / Dashboards

1 - New
Each section contains a button to create either a new Query, Report, or Dashboard. Clicking this button will open the appropriate screen.

2 - Filter Row
Clicking on this row allows you to enter in text to filter rows within the listing. In the example above, "Invo" was entered and the grid results are filter to only show records starting with "Invo".

3 - Run
Clicking the blue run/play button allows you to execute the command. This is the most commonly used function to display the Query, Report, or Dashboard.

5 - Edit
Clicking the yellow pencil/edit button allows you to open the Query, Report, or Dashboard in Edit mode.
