Run Formula Price Calculation

After configuring Price Basis Codes & Costs, along with Work Order Formulas, it is necessary to perform a Formula Price Calculation in order to update the system tables on calculated pricing data.

Pre-Requisites

  1. Create Formulas

  2. Price Basis Costs

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Access the Work Orders Module.
     

  2. Click on Utilities.
     

  3. Click on Formula Price Calculation.
     

  4. Optional: Select a Saved Parameter.
     

  5. Click the Next button.
     

  6. Specify a Formula Effective Date.
     

  7. Specify a Display option.
     

  8. Optional: Click the Next button to proceed to additional steps and filter options..
     

  9. Click the Run button.
