The Customer Invoice/Payment Inquiry screen allows the user to view a list of all Invoices and Payments for a specific Customer.
Pre-Requisites
- Customers
- Invoices (Optional)
- Payments (Optional)
Step-by-Step Guide
- Access the Receivables module.
- Click Inquiries.
- Click Customer Invoices/Payments.
- In the Customer field, enter the Customer # (Short Name) of the Customer you wish to view.
- If you do not know the Customer #
- Click the Search button.
- Type a "%" sign Search String text box.
- Click Browse.
- Use the screen to select/highlight the desired Customer.
- Click OK.
- Click OK.
- The Customer's Invoices/Payments data will appear.
Click the tabs at the top of the window to switch between Customer Summary, Invoices, Payments, or Comments.
