View Customer Invoices or Payments
The Customer Invoice/Payment Inquiry screen allows the user to view a list of all Invoices and Payments for a specific Customer.
Pre-Requisites
Customers
Invoices (Optional)
Payments (Optional)
Step-by-Step Guide
Access the Receivables module.
Click Inquiries.
Click Customer Invoices/Payments.
In the Customer field, enter the Customer # (Short Name) of the Customer you wish to view.
If you do not know the Customer #
Click the Search button.
Type a "%" sign Search String text box.
Click Browse.
Use the screen to select/highlight the desired Customer.
Click OK.
Click OK.
The Customer's Invoices/Payments data will appear.
Click the tabs at the top of the window to switch between Customer Summary, Invoices, Payments, or Comments.
