Use the Division maintenance screen to create new Divisions and to edit existing Divisions.  This is where many of the process configurations exist.

Access the Master module.
Click Administration.
Click Division.

Division Code. For example: 100
Short Name. For example: EGGSWEST
Division Name. For example: Eggs West Processing

Address, City, Zip, Country, Phone, Fax.

Billing Questions Phone Number.

Inter Co Div Invoice.

Use Broker Invoicing. 

Enable Cash Basis.  Check and then uncheck the Enable Cash Basis checkbox. (Known bug as of 9/5/2014 - ERP-2720); still happening 5/15/2024 - ERP 3.16.65.0.
Status Active or Inactive.
Default Unit of Measure.

Default Type of Inventory.

Default Order Type.

Allowed seconds % to WO.

EB Franchise Code.

EB Franchise Location.

EB Division Code.

Default Allocation Percentages. 

Print SKU Code on Form.

SKU Preference.

In Trans Flag

Remit to Address.

Animal Husbandry #.

Inventory From Co:

Inventory From Div:

InterCoDiv Default Location 

Inter Company Order by Default
 

Optional: Review additional options and tabs to specify settings.
 

Click Save.

Customer Order

Under Customer Order, select the checkboxes for Allocate on order, prompt existing order and display catch weight tab and unselect it to get around the requirement of these fields.
