Producer/Vendor Sync

Aeros -->Connect–>Aeros LIVE

 

On Deployment of Aeros LIVE, we will turn on the Producer Sync process.  This will only need to be turned on once for each client.

  1.  

    • This sync will not overwrite existing records in Aeros LIVE if any were entered before the sync process, which may cause duplicates and things not going to correct place.  


In Aeros, Vendors must be assigned a vendor type; grower, producer, etc.

  

 

 

Currently, in the AeConnect database, you have to set up the producer vendor types that should be pulled from Aeros by updating the following table:  select * from ProducerVendorType.

    • The Vendor Type ID in the above table for producer is 16, since that is one that should be sync’d to Aeros LIVE, you will Add 16 into the table, as shown below.

 

OR you can now do this in CONNECT under Sync Settings

 

The producer sync will be performed based on the schedule you set up through Scheduled Tasks

    • The greyed out information is what was brought over from Aeros, there is information in Aeros LIVE that can be stored for producers that is not in Aeros that users can still enter in the non-highlighted sections.
