Managing Users

Creating a User

  1. Access Aeros Scoreboard and login.


  2. Click the Menu icon next to the Scoreboard logo in the upper left of the browser page.
    This will expand the left-hand menu.


  3. Click Settings
    This will expand the settings sub-menu.


  4.  Click Users
    The User Listing screen will appear.


  5.  Click Create New User button on the right.
    The User Information screen will appear.


  6. Enter in the users Email Address.
    This is how the user logics in Aeros Scoreboard.
    * Except if your organization is using Active Directory authentication.


  7. Enter in the users Name.


  8. Enter in the users Password
    * Except if your organization is using Active Directory authentication. 


  9. Assign a user to one or many Roles.


    1. Select an option under the Unassigned Roles list. 


    2. Click the Right Arrow Button > to move the selection under the Assigned Roles listing.


    3. Perform these steps for any Roles desired.


  10. Assign a user to one or many Locations


    1. Check the box next to the Plant Location or Sub Location you wish them to have access to.


    2. Perform these steps for any Locations desired. 


  11. Click Save
    The user will now be created and you will be returned to the User Listing screen. 

Editing a User

  1. Access Aeros Scoreboard and login.


  2. Click the Menu icon next to the Scoreboard logo in the upper left of the browser page.
    This will expand the left-hand menu.


  3. Click Settings
    This will expand the settings sub-menu.


  4.  Click Users
    The User Listing screen will appear.


  5. Locate the User you wish to Edit.


  6. Click the Pencil icon to the right on the desired User.
    The User Information screen will appear.


  7. Make any desired changes to the User.


  8. Click Save
    The user will now be updated and you will be returned to the User Listing screen.
