Overview

The item data synchronization between Ovotrack and and CONNECT requires 4 fields to be populated in ERP:  3 Extended information fields and the item unit of measure. All 4 may be found in the ERP Item Master.  Whereas the item unit of measure should always be populated, the extended information may not be, so this will have to be done before any mapping occurs.  The required Extended Information fields are as follows:

Egg Type

Size

Product Group

Once these fields are populated in ERP, they need to be mapped in CONNECT for the item to be sent to Ovotrack.

Mapping in CONNECT

Navigate to Settings>Integration Mapping in CONNECT.

You will first need to select your Source Product (Aeros ERP database) and Target Product (Ovotrack).  You can also filter by the field you are going to map if you like. If no field is select, all fields will return.

There are 5 columns on the mapping screen.

Description:  A user defined description.

Source Field:  The ERP field that will be mapped. This is a drop down. The user will select the field to be mapped.

Source Value:  The value that is in the ERP field.  This is keyed in by the user. Must be typed in exactly as it appears in ERP.

Target Field:  The Ovotrack field that is being mapped to. This is a drop down. The user will select the field to be mapped.

Target Value:  The value that is the Ovotrack field. This is keyed in by the user. Must be typed in exactly as it appears in Ovotrack.

The mappings between the source and target fields will always be the same, they are as follows:
