Required Fields

Company Code: The Company Code for the record.  This can be found on the Facility Management view.

Division Code: The Division Code for the record.  This can be found on the Facility Management view.

Farm Code: The Farm Code for the record.  This can be found on the Facility Management view.

Group Code: The Flock Code for the record.

House Code: The House Code for the record you want to enter.  This can be found on the Facility Management view.

Sex: The sex code for this record (Female, Male. Unspecified).

Record Date: The date that these statistics were recorded (MM/DD/YYYY).

Optional Fields

Avg Body Weight: The average body weight of inventory in this house.

Body Weight Units: The unit of measure description for body weights.

Uniformity: The uniformity for this flock at the time of the transaction.

Water: The water for this transaction.

Water Units: The unit of measure description for water (Gallons, Liters).

Inside High Temp: The inside high temperature.

Inside Low Temp: The inside low temperature.

Inside Avg Temp: The inside average temperature.

Outside High Temp: The outside high temperature.

Outside Low Temp: The outside low temperature.

Outside Avg Temp: The outside average temperature.

Temp Units: The unit of measure description for inside temperatures in this record (Fahrenheit, Celsius).

Lighting Time On: The time lighting was turned on (HH:MM:SS).

Lighting Time Off: The time lighting was turned off (HH:MM:SS).

Override Lighting Time Hours: The number of hours the lighting was on.

Humidity: The percentage of Humidity (0.4 is 40%).

Rodent Count: Rodent Counts

Trap Count: Number  of traps deployed.

Fly Count: Fly Count.

Ammonia Concentration:  Ammonia Concentration (ppm).

Custom Value 01, 02, 03, 04: Custom User Input.

Make sure to leave the Header and Control Lines (Rows 1 and 2), You can enter your data starting row 3.

Make sure that the tab is named Sheet1 as the import will look for this tab name to pull data.
