Required Fields
Company Code: The Company Code for the record. This can be found on the Facility Management view.
Division Code: The Division Code for the record. This can be found on the Facility Management view.
Farm Code: The Farm Code for the record. This can be found on the Facility Management view.
Group Code: The Flock Code for the record.
House Code: The House Code for the record you want to enter. This can be found on the Facility Management view.
Formula Code: The formula code for the delivery. A formula must be set up in formula management. More information: Feed Formulas
Delivery Units: The unit of measure you are entering the weights and costs for the delivery in.
Delivery Type: The delivery type description for this feed delivery ("Delivery","FeedReturn","FeedSpill", "ReturnedDelivery")
Delivery Date: The date of the delivery (DD/MM/YYYY).
Optional Fields
Delivery Hour: The hour of the delivery (HH: MM:SS).
Bin Code: The Bin Code for a bin assigned to this house.
Ticket Number: A ticket number associated with this delivery record.
Invoice Number: An invoice number associated with this delivery.
Gross Weight: The gross weight of this delivery.
Tare Weight: A weight amount to remove from the Gross.
Net Weight: The net weight of this feed delivery (otherwise calculated).
Formula Cost: The formula cost for this feed delivery.
Medication Cost: The total medication cost for this feed delivery.
Mill Code: The feed mill code.
Mill Charge Code: The milling charge code.
Mill Charge: The milling charge for this feed delivery.
Delivery Charge Code: The delivery charge code for this feed delivery.
Delivery Charge: The delivery charge for this feed delivery.
Comment: Any comments or remarks for this record.
Reference: An external code to add to this delivery record.
Make sure to leave the Header and Control Lines (Rows 1 and 2), You can enter your data starting row 3.
Make sure that the tab is named Sheet1 as the import will look for this tab name to pull data.
