On Deployment of AIM, we will turn on the Producer Sync process. This will only need to be turned on once for each client.
- This sync will not overwrite existing records in AIM if any were entered before the sync process, which may cause duplicates and things not going to correct place. Tony created a script to join duplicates.

In ERP, Vendors must be assigned a vendor type; grower, producer, etc.
Currently, in the AAI database, you have to set up the producer vendor types that should be pulled from ERP by updating the following table: select * from ProducerVendorType.
- The Vendor Type ID in the above table for producer is 16, since that is one that should be sync’d to AIM, you will Add 16 into the table, as shown below.
Now every time you go into the producer form in AIM, the sync will occur.
- The greyed out information is what was brought over from ERP, there is information in AIM that can be stored for producers that is not in ERP that users can still enter in the non-highlighted sections.
