Each group may use a different feed schedule configuration. This configuration will give the rules for how to schedule feed. Feed buffers are set so that animals can be protected from running out of feed. Set the various options as your last step before running a feed schedule. Each configuration can be assigned to houses.
Code: Enter a code to be used that is unique to that Feed Schedule configuration
Description: Enter a description to describe this schedule.
Effective Date: Enter an effective date this schedule will go into effect.
Status: Select a status of Active or Inactive. Inactive schedules will no longer be able to be applied.
Feed Buffer: The house must always have this amount in hours/days worth of feed at all times
Time off Feed: The amount of time that the flock is allowed to be off of feed.
End of Flock Feed Buffer: The amount of feed at the end of flock that should be left in the house in case its needed.
Delivery Time Prior to 1st Placement: The amount of time that feed should be delivered to the house prior to the first flock placement.
Committed Expiration Time: If the schedule is not committed within this amount of time, the schedule will no longer be taken into account in what needs to be delivered.
Consumption Table Priority: The standard table used to determine consumption.
Relations: Sets the Company/Divisions and the Industry Types the Expense Codes are associated with.
