Folders allow you to control what Screens, Docs, and Data Sources are available to different groups of app users in the field.
This gives you a way to cleanly organize your content to ensure your workers have access to everything they need for their specific job.
You can assign and remove Folders from app users whenever you like.
Aeros COLLECT automatically ensures that the contents of your Folders (Screens, Docs, Data Sources) are correctly downloaded or removed from app users in the field.
For example, if you have inspectors out in the field, these inspectors will likely need a mix of documentation and Forms to do their job.
So you can create an Inspection Folder which contains only the relevant Screens, Docs and Data Sources they need.
