The form is located in Logistics > Maintenance > Adjustment Template Manager:

Creating a New Template When First Entering the Form

Select the customer from the Customer drop down.  If there are any existing templates for that customer, they will be loaded. Templates can also be created for specific locations under the customer.  To start adding items click the area that says "Click here to add a new row"

Creating a New Template When an Existing Template is on the Screen

Users can start a new template when an existing template is already on the screen.  In the template manager select a new customer and the screen will reload with blank details.

Populating the Template

Once the customer/location is populated, the user can start adding lines. Miscellaneous Charges are always required and can be selected in the Misc Charge field.  Once the miscellaneous charge is selected, you can then select an item in the Item # field.  If the miscellaneous charge selected is configured to require an item, then the item must be selected.

If not, the item field can be left blank.

Once all items have been added, click Save. If the user wants a misc charge to not be loaded into the adjustment entry, the Include flag can be unchecked.
