Basis Pricing is used to calculate an item price based on other items.

Pre-Requisites

  1. Items Masters
  2. Formulas
  3. Customers
  4. Price Basis Codes
  5. Price Basis Costs
  6. Formula Price Calculation

Setup Steps


Formula Price Input

Work Orders > Utilities > Formula Price Input

Formula Price displays the calculated prices for a Basis Code, Division and Effective date


Select Basis code

Select Division

Select Effective Date

Formulas with calculated Basis Pricing display


Client has the option to modify the calculated prices. If a calculated price is changed the Fixed checkbox is set.

Click the Save button to save any changes

Click the Reset button to choose another Basis, Division, Effective Date combination
