| Locate Template and Click OK to access existing PO |

| Click Activities > Duplicate PO to create a new PO with same items. |

| When prompted, click Yes to duplicate PO |
|
| The software will create a new PO |

| Change Dates and Quantities. |
|
| Re-Price the items if needed. |
