Aeros Maintenance & Support

Your Annual Service Agreement provides Aeros software updates and support for one year from the renewal date upon receipt of payment.  Maintenance and Support services will be provided for the then current version, or for the immediately preceding version for a period of six months after the then-current version is made available.  The services are applicable to the following:

 

Unlimited Technical Support via telephone or email: 

Support provides you with:

  • Access to Aeros employees for reporting problems or to determine if system error

  • Access to Aeros employees to answer questions on execution or usage of the software

Support includes putting a person in touch with another person to resolve a problem.

 

Software Maintenance, Updates and Enhancements:

All software updates and enhancements are included with this agreement. As Aeros continues to enhance and develop our products, you have access to the most up-to-date software available:

Maintenance provides you with:

  • Modifications or additions to the software to resolve faults discovered in the software

  • New system features, added functionality or enhancements that Aeros has determined to include in a new release

  • Deletion of obsolete capabilities

  • Regulatory required changes (such as IRS changes in 1099 reporting)

Maintenance includes changes to the source code.

 

Exclusions:

There are exclusions to the above, such as:

  • Training provided via telephone is not considered Support but can be provided on a time and material basis

  • Servicing 3rd party software, systems, or equipment 

    • Interfacing with 3rd Party applications is always considered a custom modification.  Updating Aeros interfaces to work with in conjunction with the 3rd Party’s updates may require modifications which can be provided on a custom basis.

  • Migrating Databases or applications to other servers and locations.

  • Troubleshooting internet connections, printers, peripherals

  • Data corrections

  • VISION and LIVE Reports

    • Aeros VISION tool and the Aeros LIVE Report tool can be used to generate custom reports based on an individuals need.  Both the VISION and LIVE reports can be generated by an Aeros Professional Services team member or by you.

    • If modifications are needed on an existing VISION or LIVE report, this can also be provided by an Aeros staff member on a Time & Material basis.
