- Access the Receivables module.
- Click on Custom.
- Click on Lockbox Import.
- If using the Loblaws file format (
)LoblawLockboxSample.xlsx), click on the Load Loblaws File button.View file name LoblawLockboxSample.xlsx height 250 - Locate the file on your local machine, and click Open.
- If the file reads correctly, the screen should appear as:
- The Detail Amount text should appear in green.
This means that the first row in the Lobloaws file (the Check # and Check $ Amount) match the details provided.
If the Detail Amount is red, then there is an issue with the details not matching the first row in the file. - Specify a valid Reference Field option.
The Reference Field tells the system what field within ERP was provided by the client. Is the Reference # on the lines the ERP Invoice #, the ERP Order #, or the ERP PO #?
During initial implementation / migration, this will most likely be the ERP Invoice #; once but may become the ERP PO # or Order # over time. - Click the Create Lockbox Records button. A confirmation dialog should appear.
- You can now close the Lockbox File Import screen and access the standard ERP Lockbox Processing screen to apply the payments.
- Locate the file on your local machine, and click Open.
