The Lockbox Processing screen allows you to bulk apply payments. Prior to ERP version 3.11.8, there was no way to import records into the lockbox process. This had to be done with outside scripts and imports. Now, certain file formats can be imported into the process using the Lockbox Import.

Pre-Requisites

  1. Records Inserted into the DepositImport table via the Lockbox Import.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Access the Receivables module.

  2. Click on Utilities.

  3. Click on Lockbox Processing.
Any pending Lockbox records will appear:

*Note - You can drag any column header to the top to group the imports by that column.

  4. The last column is the Status column, click the heading to sort and find any records with the Error status.
Clicking on the word "Error" will show the reason as to why. These records cannot be imported.

  5. If you have any records in the Error status, you will need to click the Reject button in the ribbon bar to remove all these records, and start over at Step #1.

  6. If records show the Ready status, click on the Process button.

  7. The system will create the deposit record and process the payment applications.

  8. Click Exit to close the Lockbox Processing screen.
