Feed Profiles are a main ingredient in proper Feed Scheduling.  Here is where you will determine what type of feed to use for each type of animal and set up a profile accordingly.

Feed Profiles are utilized in both the Feed Scheduling Engine and the Feed Plan.

For each Feed Profile, you can set an effective date, and even break it down by sex.  Then, line by line, determine the Feed Type and Formula to be given to the animals.  Each line will have a criteria: Consumption goal, Body Weight, or Age.  Each formula can have a maximum and minimum delivery amount, and allow for Withdrawal times to be entered.  As feed is scheduled, the Feed Scheduling Engine will refer to this feed profile and determine when it is time to move to the next feed formula, based on the calculated consumption per animal.
