Running Financial Reports

  1. Open Aeros Vision.


  2. Select Financial Reporting from the Tools / Settings drop-down.


  3. Click Run Financial Report.


  4. Select the Lines configuration that you wish to run the Report for.

  5. Select the Columns configuration that you wish to run the Report for.
    Click here for more information on creating Columns.


  6. Optional: Change the Connection option to use a different database connection.
    For 99% of installations, this will never be modified and only used if you are connecting to a TEST database.


  7. Chose from the Company options.


  8. Chose from the Division options.


  9.  Select the Run Period of the report.


  10.  Optionally, specify a dynamic Filter value.
     

  11. Optionally, if you wish to debug your report, you can optionally check the options for Show Line #s and/or Show Formulas. When checked, these options will add columns to the final output for display.


  12. Click Run.
    Your report will be generated and shown in the grid section.
