Ability to unlock orders when orders get lost between ship release and invoicing

Sometimes orders get locked and will get lost between ship release and invoicing. We are still not sure what causes this to happen as it seems to be random. We added the ability for the user to unlock the order to get it back.

Version: ERP 3.13.77+

Unlock Order

Current order status review, as we can see the status Is Locked is true

Press unlock, click Yes

Actual result the item is now unlocked

Security

If the user does not have admin privileges then they cannot access the unlock button on order status review
