Users can execute Aeros Live reports directly from the feed plan through its report utility.  Normally, users would access a report through the report viewer and either select parameters or use saved parameters.  The report utility bypasses this step by executing a report for the current flock.

In the future, other processes might utilize this report feature to run reports directly for a flock within that particular process.

System → Default Reports

Default Report Settings

The report utility allows users to access default reports.  These are configured through the default report settings form.

*The form has recently been modified to allow configuration for different contexts.

Currently, these are

  • Feed Plan
  • Feed Order Commit

Category: The label that the report utility will display for this report

Report: A drop-down that lists all existing public reports in the application

Start Today: If checked, the report will use the current date as report start date.  Otherwise, it will use the flock's first placement date

End Today: If checked, the report will use the current date as the report end date.  Otherwise,  it will use the flock's calculated stop date

Industry TypeSpecifies if the report is available to specific industry type only or for all industry types (blank).

Parameter Set: If a report has a specific parameter set that you want to utilize you can specify that parameter set.

Report Utility in Feed Plan

From the report utility, users can view default reports and double click to execute them.  This will start the execution process and put the report in the standard queue

Note, the list of available reports are filtered to the industry type for the selected flock and all reports that don't have a industry type set.

Report Utility on Feed Order Commit

When committing records on the Feed Order form, when reports are configured in the Feed Plan Orders context, a report list will show up to allow you to queue configured reports.  More information in Feed Order
