When you click Facility Management in the Navigation Pane, the Ribbon Bar changes to display options for this module.
- Edit Selected. Click an item in the facility tree (the list of items that will appear in the Navigation Pane), and click the Edit Selected button to open the form to manage a Company, Division, Farm, or House
- Add Facility. In the Add Facility section, user simply will click a button to add a new Facility. Facilities are related in the order they are shown below. That is, each Company stands alone. All divisions are assigned to a Company. All Farms are assigned to a Division. All houses are assigned to a Farm. When creating new Facilities, first select the Facility that you wish to relate the new one to.
- Facility Tree Options. These options are for viewing the Facility Tree. To expand the tree and see every item at one time, click the Expand. To collapse and see items at the highest level, click collapse. To refresh the tree and see any newly added facilities, click Refresh.
