Use the Division maintenance screen to create new Divisions and to edit existing Divisions.

Pre-Requisites

  1. Countries
  2. Unit of Measures

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Access the Master module.
     
  2. Click Administration.

  3. Click Division.

  4. Click New.

  5. Select a Company option.

  6. Specify a Division Code value. For example: 100

  7. Specify a Short Name. For example: EGGSWEST

  8. Specify a Division Name. For example: Eggs West Processing

  9. Specify a County.

  10. Specify a Status option of Active or Inactive.

  11. Specify a Default Unit of Measure option.

  12. Check and then uncheck the Enable Cash Basis checkbox. (Known bug as of 9/5/2014 - ERP-2720)
     
  13. Optional: Review additional options and tabs to specify settings.
     
  14. Click Save.
