  1. Access the CMC Extract program.
     
  2. Make sure year end GL balance are imported and GL account conversion table is populated prior to running the steps below for rest of the accounting periods. Access the CMC Extract program.

2. Click G/L Conversion.
3. Specify

a Year.

a Beginning and Ending Period # from the drop-down listings.

6. Click Load Data.

7. Click Scrub Data.

If there are any errors, they will display in a pop-up message. Most of the time the errors are of missing map for GL account.

Selecting the row in the grid (bottom grid) where GLSeqNo field has -1 value will highlight the top grid rows that has errors.

After fixing the errors go to the next step, which is insert data.


9. Click Insert Data.
10. Access ERP and perform the Recalculate GL Balances function. 


You would also need to compare GL Trial balance reports from ERP to CMC and then send both reports to customer for sign off on that period. Below is step by step to get GL Trial Balance report from CMC.

Run CMC program.
