  • You can only do one Table Type per file.  You can import all files at once though.
  • Table Type must match the below list appropriately.
  • Must start at Week or Day 1, if no value for that time enter 0
  • For Mortality Table, it is not cumulative but the difference from one week to the next (rate of change) (see example below)


**If you want to overwrite the existing tables, then you will give them the same code and description as in the table.  If you do not want to overwrite the existing tables with the new ones the code and description you provide in the table should be unique.  Updating existing tables will change past data in the system.

  • Try changing your excel format to .xls instead of .xlsx or visa versa
  • Make sure that the spreadsheet tab says Sheet1
