Customer Master Screen
Go to the customer master screen of the customer that is going to be sent to Ovotrack and select Profile>Contacts
Contacts Screen
The required fields for this screen are the Contact Class and Title. All other fields are optional
Here you can enter in fields such as address, phone number, and email that will be sent to Ovotrack. Note that these fields are all optional, but if you want them to transferred, the Contact Class must be set as Ovotrack.

Sync Data
Find the Sync Data module and select New Batch option for Customers
The customer will be triggered to pull into a batch when a change has been made in the Customer Master or the Contacts screen. Therefore the date and time in the Source Last Modified Date must be set to a date/time BEFORE the required fields were added to the a change was made in the Customer Master or Contacts screen.
Ex: If you added the required fields to Contacts fields on 8/12, you would want to could set the date to 78/311.
You can then click the Import/Create Batch button and the customer should appear in the Staged Records tab.

If the commit was successful, the customer will be grayed out and the Commit Date field will be populated.
You can review the results of the commit in the Commit Messages tab. If there were any errors, they will be displayed here.
