From the Miscellaneous tab, in the Master module, click on Custom Forms.

Highlight an existing form (under most circumstances this would be the “System” form), click Copy, and name the new formthe existing form you want to export and click Edit.

highlight the new form you have created and Once you click the Edit button to access the DevExpress report builder opens.  From inside the report builder, you will want to make any changes to the format or information you want returned on the new report.Once all the changes have been made and the report is complete, click  click on File in the upper left hand corner and then Save As.

The Save As window will come up and you will want to navigate to Rto where you want to save the file (Example:  R:\CUSTOM FORMS\ERP\[customer name]ABC LAYER CO), name the custom form, and save it into the folder associated with customer that we have created this form for.  Once a copy has been saved on our servers, you will also want to update the Confluence page associated with the customer’s custom forms as well (which can be found linked under this page).

 

 

IMPORTING:

From the Miscellaneous tab, in the Master module, click on Custom Forms.

Highlight an existing form , or create a copy per the instructions listed above, and click Edit.  Once the DevExpress report builder opens, click on Open under File in the upper left corner.

You must now navigate to where the file is located (Example: R:\CUSTOM FORMS\ERP\[customer name] ABC LAYER CO) and choose the saved .REPX file you want to import.  Click Open.
